Anybody been told of the new fees for 2009. Each HMO license application has gone up from £350 to £500 for accredited landlords and from £400 to £550 for non accredited.
This is a huge increase in fees especially in the current credit crisis. I feel all this will do is to force many landlords and investors to keep things off the radar screen and risk the concequences. |
